Splinter release the cover artwork for their upcoming album "Filthy Pleasures" coming later this year on Robotor Records.
Douwe adds:
"The idea came up when someone at the bar asked me in this sarcastic manner if I would also change my whole style now that I started a new band. I replied, ‘still the same jacket, I only have to paint a new logo on it’. I thought it would be a strong image to show just that: a symbol of the brand new Splinter future. (And lo and behold, bands like Herman Brood, the Stones and Bruce Springsteen now prove me right: it is a strong image!)"
